Hey there,
I’m Ryann. I’ve always an ambitious person and at a the age of 31 I took over my dad’s legacy and became the owner of a $1 million+ business in Grays Harbor, Washington.
Although my business was thriving, I had practically no “me time”. I was at the mercy of my customers and employees, tethered to my phone during all waking hours. I quickly found myself deep in the throws of burnout.
While on a weekend getaway to prepare for the upcoming busy season, I stumbled across a book on Forest Bathing…
